Raven.captureMessage ignores whitelistUrls

Raven.captureMessage('my message')
always captures a message, even though I have a configuration specifying whitelistUrls like: {whitelistUrls: ['dummyUrl']}

Not a big issue, but perhaps this should be documented? Tried using this method to verify my configuration and had some headaches before I figured this out.

Yeah, ignoreUrls is explicitly used for exceptions. captureMessage doesn't have context of the url.

I guess that could be clarified in the docs. :)
