Add option to drop `resource.X` spans in `browserTracingIntegration`

Follow-up for https://github.com/getsentry/sentry-javascript/pull/14831

We can't filter individual spans anymore. As it's reasonable to filter resource spans, we can add an option to filter those in the `browserTracingIntegration`
