fix(replay): Fix NoSuchElementException in BufferCaptureStrategy

• Add framesLock and guard addFrame/rotate with it.
• Add firstFrameTimestamp that uses the lock to access the first frame
• Use a frames snapshot in createVideoOf to avoid concurrent access while writers can write
