Follow up to #2303.
Makes sure the
WithScopeoverloads added in #2303 work onHubAdapterinstances, by adding them to theIHubExinterface and implementing that onHubAdapter. (This also required implementingCaptureEventInternalin a few places.)Also, the original
Hub.WithScopewas swallowing exceptions. It should not, as that would hide any unhandled exceptions in the user-supplied callback.
