Move develop-docs/sdk/processes/releases.mdx into the new playbook/standard structure: - New standard: release-versioning (version format, pre-release identifiers, build identifiers, release tooling, merge target, CalVer, multiple configs) - New playbook: setting-up-release-infrastructure (step-by-step setup guide) - Add redirect from old path - Replace uwsgi-dogstatsd-plugin examples with sentry-python Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
