Update direct dependency on `zip`

@loewenheim says that upgrading the `zip` dependency in Symbolicator lead to a significant speed up. We should therefore also upgrade it in Sentry CLI. The upgrade requires some code changes since there have been breaking changes in `zip`. But, hopefully should not be too bad.
