TODOs:

• Add .craft.yml from this PR, can close the PR after that.
• Set dryrun=false when $TRAVIS_BRANCH starts with release/ and "$TRAVIS_OS_NAME" == "linux".
• Make new bump script (old PR has something to start with) based on new file/format
• Create craft target (named bintray) that makes the HTTP request to bintray for the release.
