A few things that might be bundled with 25.3.0, since they're in GA, but we really need to work ultra fast (in order of difficulty).

2. Session replay canvas, see Cannot replay canvas #3613 (comment)
3. Uptime monitoring, see Add Uptime Monitoring #3304
   • but blocked by chore: add GHA workflow to build the container uptime-checker#158
   • ..and we need to recheck the redis configuration, since they need a persistent redis -- probably we need to migrate to append-only file instead of RDB? Uptime config doesn't survive Redis restarts uptime-checker#273
