Proposal for additional lint rules

• react/sort-prop-types
  • Sorts propType 1) alphabetically, 2) required first, 3) callbacks last
  • fix-able
• import/extensions
  • Enforce consistent extensions for import (no extensions)
• import/order
  • Enforce consistent import order
  • fix-able
• Add eslint-plugin-prettier so that unformatted code raises a lint error. Also will allow eslint to use prettier to format when calling --fix.

Anyone have any other suggestions?
