Hey,

This is the submission of the task, there are 3 changes in this pr.:

1. example.ipynb - with the entire analysis for the task in question 1.
2. requirements.txt - added two libraries to use for visualization (holoviews, panel) .
3. stop_sign_annotation_protocol.pdf - a tagging protocol presentation for question 2.

Thank you for this task it was very interesting and took my thoughts away from this war situation those days.

A quick note, i think the libraries that relay on bokeh are not presented well in github/vscode. its better to open in browser and rerun the notebook.
