Examples Project v0.1.1pre Release

Candidate release for first drag and drop version

Changes:
-Rebased as a blueprint only project
-Moved asset content into Content/ExampleAssets
-Added mnist map
-Contains all pre-requisites in release
-May need to be careful where the project folder is placed (to be investigated)
-tensorflow-ue4 plugin version at 0.1.2
