[BUG] Scaffolding errors

Running into various scaffolding issues. Haven't had time to deep dive

rds -> describe_db_parameters.

Thanks for letting us know @zkarpinski. The scaffolding script does indeed need some love - it works for some services, but it's not smart enough to handle all. Is this blocking you, or have you found a way around it for now?
