feat: add ability to remove team members

I have a working version

• Admins can now set a users team_id to null, removing them from the team

• Users can now be teamless

• Since these updates aren’t explicit create/delete operations, im manually calling UpdateSubscriptionQuantity in the new removeteammate function.

Hey @theodkp . This is a nice topic indeed, many ways to implement this!

My first approach would be the following.

1. Inside the web-app to have a remove team member functionality. When clicked, have a <Dialog /> just verifying this actions so we do not case any unnecessary pain.

2. As soon as this action will happen:
   a. User will get removed from the team
   b. Create own team for User that they will be admin (if this does not happen then they do not have any cause to have an account at all 🤷 ).
   c. Send an email to the removed user saying along the lines You have been removed from team X, and automatically assigned to your personal team Y as admin. (I can add the HTML email as a commit when you are done).
