Response.php issue with v1.1.7

I've never seen this before. In all my installs, when I do a bin/gpm selfupgrade first, and then immediately a bin/gpm update, I get the following output:

Nothing to update.

If I run it again immediately, I get the expected output:

Nothing to update.

Everything appears to be working fine, but I thought you might want to know. This hasn't happened with the last two updates.
