DateInput: valueChange event update behavior #628

Feature request summary
Add a new event or update the valueChange event. Change the event valueChange of swirl-date-input so it triggers every single number input of the user instead of being fired after the complete input of the user, whether it is valid or not.
Rationale
It prevents the previous value is being used and provides better value tracking, instead of abandoned input of the user like the video here:
example.swirl.date.input.abandon.mp4
