Since 0.4.1-rc.1 / d477475 Stubby won't start with existing config file. In my log file, it only shows:

Could not parse config file "path_to.yml": A helper function for dicts had a name argument that for a name that is not in the dict.

After I added log_level: GETDNS_LOG_NOTICE to the config file, Stubby starts normally.
