Provide AI with ability to create folders and manipulate project tree

   I asked in composer for testing with multiple models and the closest i got was with gemini flash 002, if it would copy the files with a new name in the folder and make so minor regex changes and it did make the copy but only placed the code that needed change. Example a (not real) asked to copy a folder and change tables names and other mentions "...mickey..." to "...donaldduck..." and folder names accordingly as their are clients and i need to create a new folder to separate for donaldduck(new client).
   Also with most llms they defined the plan, but did no action. I think the agentic part of composer can improve... Its an amazing feature and i would love to see it evolve....
   FWI: I tried in a large code base, but the folders i tested (mention and asked in composer chat) didnt have more 10-15 files and no subfolders.
   So, it would be nice if it could copy files and manage files more efficiently. Idk if u consider this a bug, but this type of lazy work saves a lot of time when needed, and i think there is room for improvement.
