Recently Used Apps should be based on movement of value, not any NWC request

Sometimes apps show as recently used when all the app does is e.g. fetch the balance or get wallet info.

Needs some planning on the best way to track this.

Hey @rolznz, seeing this has been inactive for a while, I'd like to pick it up.
I checked nip47/event_handler.go and LastUsedAt currently updates on every request. I'll move that logic to only trigger for value-moving methods (pay_invoice, make_invoice, etc) so read-only requests don't clutter the list.

I'll open a PR this weekend.
