'use cache' option is missing in layer properties

The 'use cache' property is currently missing into the layer settings. This property
allows to set the TILED parameter to true or false in WMS requests.

Is fine for you to add a new "Cache" tab?
Inside there will be a flag that will set TILED parameter to true/false in the wms requests.
