Coordinate in the GFI and Share-tool depend on each other instead of the config in localConfig.json

Description

Setting the coordinate format in the GFI is also applied to the "Share"-tool and vice versa. That is not correct - the coordinate format (set in the localConfig.json) should be applied to GFI, Share.

How to reproduce

Select the GFI, change the coordinate editor to another format.
Close the GFI.
Open the Share tool. Check the format for the coordinates.

OR
Open the Share tool, change the coordinate editor to another format.
Close the Share-tool.
Open the GFI tool. Check the format for the coordinates.

Expected Result
The Share tool and the GFI should use the coordinate format configured in the localConfig.json.

Current Result
The Share-tool and GFI use the same format for coordinate editor, depending what is used in the other tool.

It has been found that both Share and GFI read same value from state.mapInfo here:

Suggestion is to remove this in Share and instead of using formatCoords and changeFormat from mapInfo, we can create local state in Share Plugin like:
