Various glyphs (brackets, numbers, punctuation, etc.) have .sc variants
that have not been made yet, with references to the originals as
stand-ins. Unlink those so that my little smcp-font-variant script in
the next commit can do with less error-checking because I find
FontForge's scripting interface arcane and weird.
SC-variants are useful for programs that don't understand OpenType. The
goal is to have something similar to FontSquirrels
fold-OT-features-into-the-regular-font-table service, to save ourselves
from the mundane task of maintaining SC-variants by hand. The initial
version just copies .sc glyphs to their regular (lower-case) counterparts.
