$(WTT)variable was removed because unused.fontforgecan generate.wofffiles, and is now used instead ofsfnttool..eotis a legacy format, which depended onjavaandsfnttool. It was assumed not needed anymore, and therefore removable.As a result, EB Garamond doesn't depend on
javaandsfnttoolanymore.
