Detect AI workflow is failing #2461

Description
The workflow is failing with this error:

Error: CODEBERG_TOKEN secret is required Error: Process completed with exit code 1. ##[debug]Finishing: Check out repository

This is because workflows triggered by Pull Requests from forks to the upstream repository don't have access to secrets for security reasons.

Steps to Reproduce

• Create a PR
• Checkout the results of the Detect AI workflow

Expected behavior
The workflow should succeed and try to apply a label to the PR
