Summary

Added a comprehensive DevPanel for debugging and development of Leaflet-Geoman
Includes modules for: GeoJSON import/export, State inspection, Event logging, and Layer inspection
Enhanced demo page with improved controls and examples
Collapsible panel with keyboard shortcut (Ctrl+Shift+D)
Responsive design with dark theme

Test plan

Open demo/index.html in browser
Verify DevPanel appears on the right side
Test collapsing/expanding the panel
Test GeoJSON import/export functionality
Test event logging while drawing shapes
Verify layer inspection shows all drawn layers
