Do we want 1st person ("I am ...") or 3rd person ("Dr. Snow is...")?

I prefer 1st person as it feels more personal and relatable, less distant. I think it helps people envision themselves talking to people who they may otherwise feel intimidated to talk to.

(I can personally relate to this in my past, and it's often not because the person's personality is intimidating, but because their position is intimidating -- "why would they have time to talk to me? I'd just be wasting their time.")
