This makes all GeoJSON objects Geographic/WGS84 in sensible longitude, latitude order.

@sdrees Please don't merge and close these until the rest of us have had a chance to see them and discuss. @tschaub I completely agree about the benefits of a single CRS. But then there is work like this http://bl.ocks.org/mbostock/5557726 with projected GeoJSON that is already out there in public. I feel like if we can't keep people from writing projected GeoJSON, then showing them how to express their CRS in a standard way is the next best thing to do. |

@sgillies - Yeah, totally agreed. I opened the pull request as a place for discussion. Assumed it would take place here and on the list. Only to be merged when we had something like consensus (as I know this in particular is contentious). I'll read up on other list discussion and then open a new pull request if/when this is reverted. |
