Wallet connection issue

Description

Wallet connection fails on the GenLayer Points Portal (points.genlayer.foundation).

Errors Observed

1. Signature verification failed — appears immediately after attempting to sign the wallet connection request.
2. Request failed with status code 400 — appears after the signature error, indicating the request is being rejected by the backend.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Visit https://points.genlayer.foundation
2. Click "Connect Wallet"
3. Approve the wallet signature request in the wallet app
4. Error toast appears: "Signature verification failed"
5. A second error follows: "Request failed with status code 400"

Expected Behavior

Wallet should connect successfully and the user session should be authenticated.

Additional Notes

The portal also displays a notice that contribution reviews are delayed.
It is unclear if this wallet issue is related to ongoing backend maintenance.
