Description

This PR makes several dependency and functionality updates:

  1. Added dotenv.load_dotenv() to the 3D visualization tutorial to properly load environment variables
  2. Added make_new_space=False parameter to the model upload function in the tutorial
  3. Replaced the git dependency for subsurface with the PyPI package subsurface-terra in dev-requirements
  4. Added liquid-earth-sdk and wellpathpy to the docs requirements

Relates to dependency management and tutorial improvements
