Copying links in meta info of tests does not work

Description

The problem was found in the library with components - gravity-ui/uikit#2298. We need to upgrade @gravity-ui/uikit@latest to the latest version and use fixed component instead our custom button implemented in this PR - #675.

Reproduction steps

• run tests with html-reporter in config -npx testplane
• npx http-server testplane-report
• open in browser insecure url from http-server with your ip address for example (second link - http://192.168.1.1:8080)
• try to copy url/file/sessionId/... in meta info of test using copy element in UI (it doesn't copy anything)

Actual Behavior

Clipboard button in meta info doesn't work on insecure pages

Expected Behavior

Clipboard button in meta info works correctly on insecure pages
