Unable to setup. Never get a chance to answer the prompts

I started with the setup command conductor:setup and the tool proceed to create a series of prompts but never waits for the user feedback leading to a default setup which might not be desirable. I'm using version 0.1.1.

I had to kill a setup session (control + C) and retry for it to actually prompt and wait for the answer.
