Updated the Spring Session example

  • Now uses Spring Session for GemFire
  • Updated package.json dependencies
  • Removed testing to front end due to version incompatibilities with new dependencies
  • Removed Tanzu from the examples
  • Updated to Spring Boot 2.7.5
