It should be as in the G4Polyhedra constructor:

zplane come at the end instead.

I think G4Polycone also has different parameter order. refer to https://solid.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/Gemc_simulation_general_note#define_type_and_dimensions

If you change it in gemc now, would it break backward compatibility to old geometry files?
