Add "The Stick" - the new world's smallest CM4 Carrier board

Just found this on Twitter recently, by @arturo182 — The Stick.

It's only a tiny bit larger than the 100 pin connector, and powers the CM4, and breaks out 8 GPIO pins, 5V, 3.3V, and Ground. So... not a huge amount of IO, but perfect for the simplest use case—powering up a CM4 and maybe interacting with a couple controls.
