dll locked by TestRunner #33

Hi,
thank you for the add-in, it works great, but the main issue that I have is that when working on writing tests I cannot rebuild the dll as it is locked by this testRunner. Would be great to add option to manually unload the file pre build event and the reload it afterwards. In that way we could save a lot of time restarting Revit every time dll is edited.
