Audio delay

Hello, I dont know if it would be able to fix, or if it is my problem, but I have tested in multiple linux distros. Im currently on Cachy OS and android 16.

The thing is that when I speak, the sound delays 2~3 seconds to reach the app.

I mainly use discord, but also happened with signal and peak (the game), so Im guessing its not a problem of discord.

Hi, you shouldn't have that much delay. Are you using the latest audiosource script from the v1.5 release? Could you try with the v1.4? (Just the script, no need to downgrade the app.)

I thought so, but it seems like I installed the 1.2 version, I've just updated, I hope it fixes itself.

Hi, so apparently I used many phones for audiosource, and I noticed a delay in some of the phones, most of them are android 16 and audiosource is 1.5

I guess it has to do something with the phone firmware itself, since sometimes the delayed audio is stored in the buffer and gets recorded on the next time I use the mic

But it works fine on my main phone, and my 2 old phones, just other phones I tried (mostly chinese phones) didn't work well with audiosource.
