Changes the way that the `gdtcontext.WithDebug()` method works when passed no arguments. When called with no arguments, we now output debugging messages to stdout instead of doing the thing with an io.Discard that was used to call t.Logf(). Signed-off-by: Jay Pipes <jaypipes@gmail.com>
