Changes the way that `gdtcontext.WithDebug()` and `gdtdebug.Printf/ln` work to remove the dependence on a `*testing.T` argument and using a stack concept for tracing where in the test evaluation we are. Signed-off-by: Jay Pipes <jaypipes@gmail.com>
