**BREAKING API CHANGE for plugin developers** This changes the `gdt.Assertions.OK()` interface signature to accept a `context.Context` object. This context object is required for debug output/inspection in the kube plugin. Signed-off-by: Jay Pipes <jaypipes@gmail.com>
