File names produced in release include their intended file path

There is some use to having the files produced by the script organized into directories.

There are no directories in the release, which might be confusing when consulting the readme.

Directories are created by the script automatically when run locally.

Do we update the readme or do we reproduce the database naming convention (directory/filename.csv)?
