Sorry for the big cleanup PR, but I do not think the additional time spent in splitting the changes in multiple commits was worth it.
Main changes:
resetOffsetafter wholebodydynamics is launched, this is not necessary since Add option to skip initial calibration and use zero offsets whole-body-estimators#72 and Add a .ini option to skip the initial calibration and just use zero offset whole-body-estimators#67
