Intermitent errors in validator

When using this url https://ipt-senegal.gbif.fr/archive.do?r=oiseaux_snetgambie&v=1.2 sometimes it fails in the "Indexing for previews failed" stage. Other times it works.

If using a wrong url such as https://ipt-senegal.gbif.fr/resource?r=oiseaux_snetgambie the page hangs and returns no error.

However if you download the dwca file and upload it to the validator it seems to work.

It turns out that sometimes it works but other times it fails.
