Confirmed to work. Even though it's unlikely to be the main source of the leak, it fixes a problem that will happen when replaying at a higher block height. |

This is a new attempt to fix some of the flaws of #232 : it will add the address -> root hash conversion when the account is first discovered.
It will then clear the conversion from the cache, once the account has been processed (i.e. after its state has been processed and the account can now be inserted into the overlay tree).
It fixes a suspected bug, in which the conversion was added too late. Running it overnight to confirm this insight.
