Compatibility with Windows XP/Windows 7

On both operating systems, both complain about "bcryptprimitives.dll", could it be possible to have a version without them for both Windows XP and Windows 7?

I'll try looking into it later but that sounds like something I'd have to use a different compiler for, the mod itself shouldn't make use of that
