Possibly outdated requirements.txt file

The conda environment is unable to be built with the packages. When I alter some of them by removing their version number then only some of them are getting resolved. For instance, chumpy, open3d-python,opencv-python,nvdiacub do not exist to name a few. Would it be possible to update the requirements.txt file? The errors have reduced after modifying the packages but there are still many that don't exist. Both the original errors and reduced errors are attached as below.
