[Feature] Layout pages

Feature:

As discussed, several layouts are required. Proposals are as follows:

• Homepage: https://website-catppuccin.pages.dev (multiple stacked components, currently naively implemented like that https://gitlab.com/garuda-linux/website/website-catppuccin/-/blob/main/src/app/home/home.component.html)
• Startpage: https://start.garudalinux.org/ (https://gitlab.com/garuda-linux/website/startpage-v2/-/blob/main/src/app/home/home.component.html)

Purpose:

Have a uniform design without having to resort to custom CSS. Reflect all changes to the source in all components automatically.

Hi @dr460nf1r3 @Vo1dSh4d0w the last pr regarding Issue #63 and pr #197 . its already merged into dev branch. but its not reflecting in this website: garuda-ng.pages.dev. could u please make it available on that site? i will then proceed with that main startpage-v2 website integration using this resusable components of garuda-ng

Hey there, thanks again for your contribution. I'm sadly highly busy as of right now, so I didn't get to release a new version yet. I'll update you once it'll be the case.

@dr460nf1r3 @Vo1dSh4d0w There's a type mismatch issue while i am trying to integrate current core 2.0.0-rc.1 to actual start-v2 website. I am already started working on that update on core module. Sorry for the inconvinience and give me few days to fully implement and test the full workflow. Till then please continue using existing core 1.0.0 for start-v2 as going.

@DebkantaMondal I've finally found the time to do all the upgrades, fix CI, and update to OptimusUI, as you can see.

That being said, I don't think we'll need the layouts for the website itself going forward, because a redesign of the Garuda website in React has been in progress for a short while. This, however, only concerns the website; the rest of our stuff (startpage, toolbox, Chaotic-AUR website will continue using this library.

Thanks @dr460nf1r3 for giving me the detail current flow update. Yes in that case the current core is properly aligned. As you informed, this garuda-ng core still needed for rest of stuff including startpage, so i integrated core 2.0.0 to startpage and resused general components of core. PR: https://gitlab.com/garuda-linux/website/startpage-v2/-/merge_requests/66 . Other stuffs will upgarde one by one.
