Team Mode Setup only works with Claude

Problem

Actually the Team Mode initialisation can only be used with Claude CLI, because of hardcoded Claude variables and hooks. At least these supported CLIs have a Hook system too:

Current behaviour

Team Init cannot be used between Claude and other CLI environments or purely non Claude CLI environments.

Suggested fix

Implement a ./setup --team --host "cli environment" like for the main installation of gstack.
