This must be copied to the target folder (eg. src/concordion.spec/bin/Debug/). (Note, this is manual at the moment - I haven't modified the build to do this). The format of this config file is documented at http://code.google.com/p/concordion-net/wiki/ConfigurationFile.
- copies config file for build - default build is Release and included in cmd runner - all test results for concordion and concordion.net go into a folder results/
