Module does not resolve all symlinks

Only the last component of path is checked for a symlink and resolved. Realpath should resolve symlinks in all components.

Imagine a directory /a with a file b.txt inside, and a symbolic link /c -> /a. The path /c/b.txt refers to the same file as /a/b.txt, in fact /a/b.txt is its real path, and the symlink in the first component is replaced with its target.
