Fix linting errors for `i18n-text/no-en`

Introduced in https://github.com/game-ci/unity-builder/pull/556, workflow https://github.com/game-ci/unity-builder/actions/runs/5876479880/job/15934710896?pr=556

I've disabled the rule entirely to not mix the fix with the content of that PR. We should re-enable the `i18n-text/no-en` eslint rule and fix any occurrences.
