Draft: feat: upgrade bundled libtiff to 4.6 (#227)
* feat: upgrade bundled libtiff to 4.6 * feat: upgrade bundled libtiff to 4.6 * put back the way it was, lets try having clients that need C++ do independent imports * lets put back cmake version too, so we don't even break this part * update binding gyp as well for node --------- Co-authored-by: Gal Kahana <galk@ziprecruiter.com>
